By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, guests agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations

Individual Reservations (1–9 Guests)

  • Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.

  • Same-day bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, your reservation may be rescheduled for the following evening only if space is available.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Group Reservations (10 or More Guests)

  • Parties of 10–15: must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

  • Parties of 15 or more: must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour.

All reservations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

General Policies

Entertainment Disclaimer

All Destination Ghost Tours events are for entertainment purposes only.

Personal Belongings & Parking

  • Destination Ghost Tours, its affiliates, and sponsors are not responsible for personal items or vehicles.

  • No storage is provided during tours.

  • Parking is not included. Please arrive early to secure public parking.

  • We are not responsible for parking tickets or violations.

  • Street parking is free after 5:00 PM and all day on weekends.

Accuracy of Information

  • Event dates, times, and ticket prices listed on our official website are the only verified sources of information.

  • Destination Ghost Tours is not responsible for media misprints or miscommunications.

  • If you see conflicting details elsewhere, please contact us directly to confirm accuracy.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for reviewing all event descriptions, policies, and disclaimers before purchase.
Failure to read or misunderstanding this information does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • There are no refunds for any reason.

  • Unused tickets may be exchanged at our discretion.

  • No rain checks.

  • All tickets must be used within the season of purchase.

  • Tour guides are not authorized to issue refunds.

Conduct & Courtesy

Recording Policy

Video and audio recording are prohibited unless specifically permitted by your guide.

Smoking Policy

Please refrain from smoking during all tours.
Indoor events are non-smoking; designated smoking areas are available where applicable.

Behavior

  • Practical jokes, horseplay, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

  • Guides may remove any person or group for violating policies or disturbing others.

  • No refunds are issued for removal from a tour.

Interaction with Others

If issues arise with another guest or non-guest, notify a Tour Guide immediately for assistance.

Safety & Accessibility

Pets

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome on all Savannah Ghost Tours except the Haunted Pub Tour (due to entry into food establishments).

  • Service animals are always welcome on any tour.

Transportation Devices

For everyone’s safety, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and similar devices are not permitted during tours.

Respect for Property

Please:

  • Avoid littering or feeding wild animals.

  • Stay on public walkways and respect private property.

  • Obey all posted signs.

Paranormal Disclaimer

Destination Ghost Tours cannot control paranormal activity or guarantee any supernatural occurrence during your tour.
Participation is at your own discretion.

Guide Authority

Tour Guides reserve the right to:

  • Remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

  • Deny refunds to any individual removed from a tour or event.
