**Destination Ghost Tours Gift Card Terms & Conditions**

**1. Redemption**
Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible Destination Ghost Tours experiences booked directly with Destination Ghost Tours. Any restrictions on eligible tours or locations will be disclosed when the gift card is purchased. Gift cards cannot be redeemed through third-party booking websites, including Viator and Tripadvisor.

**2. No Expiration or Inactivity Fees**
Purchased gift cards and their remaining balances do not expire. Destination Ghost Tours does not charge maintenance, dormancy, or inactivity fees.

**3. Reservations and Availability**
A gift card does not reserve a tour date, departure time, or space. Advance reservations are required for guided tours, and all bookings are subject to availability. Tour age restrictions and participation requirements apply.

**4. Gift Card Value**
Gift cards provide credit equal to their available dollar balance. Tour prices may change, and a gift card does not guarantee a particular ticket price. If the booking total exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.

**5. Remaining Balances**
Any unused balance remains available for future eligible purchases. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for more than their available balance.

**6. Refunds and Cash Redemption**
Gift card purchases are final and nonrefundable, except as required by law. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law. If a booking paid for with a gift card qualifies for a refund, the amount paid by gift card will be restored to the gift card or issued as replacement gift card credit.

**7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Tours**
Bookings made using gift cards are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies disclosed at the time of booking. If Destination Ghost Tours cancels a tour, guests may reschedule or receive restoration of the gift card amount applied to the canceled booking.

**8. Gifting and Security**
Gift cards may be given to another person. Protect your gift card number or redemption code as you would cash. If a card or code is lost or stolen, contact us promptly. Replacement may be possible if we can verify ownership and the unused balance; already redeemed funds cannot be restored unless required by law.

**9. Promotional Certificates**
Complimentary or promotional certificates issued without payment may have separate terms, including expiration dates, where permitted by law. Those terms will be disclosed when the certificate is issued.
